The PicoStar is a powerful laser that boasts a whopping 400 picosecond pulse duration and 2.0 GW of power. What does that mean? Compared to traditional Q-switched lasers that use nanosecond technology, the pulse durations of the PicoStar are up to 15 times shorter than the average Q-switched laser. The PicoStar’s exceptionally short pulse durations can break down large tattoo ink particles into even smaller pieces, speeding up the natural fading process and resulting in faster, better removal results. Best of all, pico lasers are notorious for being less painful than nano lasers due to their incredibly fast pulse duration and advanced technology.
Paired with our Astanza Eternity laser, a Q-switched ruby laser that produces a 694 nm wavelength, we can target and remove all tattoo colors, including “stubborn” or “difficult” pigments like bright blues and greens that reflect 1064 nm and 532 nm wavelengths. The Astanza Trinity

This state-of-the-art laser is trusted by the top tattoo removal providers worldwide and is used exclusively at our Round Rock clinic. The Trinity is backed by Astanza, the leader in laser tattoo removal technology, and is specially engineered to shatter more ink with each session on all tattoo colors.
The Astanza Trinity is a Q-switched Nd:YAG and Q-switched ruby laser combination system that uses many features to deliver better ink shattering in fewer treatments. It uses ultra-quick pulse durations at exceptionally high peak power for optimal ink shattering and faster fading. The speed of the Trinity pulse duration is so quick that the light energy can safely penetrate through the skin and target unwanted ink without causing harm to any of the surrounding skin tissue.
Full-Spectrum Removal
The Trinity also produces three wavelengths of light energy – 1064 nm, 532 nm, and 694 nm – that are ideal for treating the widest range of tattoo colors, delivering full-spectrum removal on the most colorful tattoos. Traditional tattoo removal lasers support 1064 nm and 532 nm wavelengths and can treat many colors. However, only a ruby wavelength, like the Trinity’s 694 nm, can treat stubborn blue and green inks unaffected by traditional wavelengths.
All these wavelengths are safe to use on all skin types, even darker skin tones prone to hypopigmentation.
